I hired Johnathan to adjust an insurance claim to my house after a large hail storm. The damage was substantial, but the insurance company maintained we had a minimal claim. My house is old and the roof line and structure is pretty complicated. I'm a General contractor and I knew that state farm was undercutting the price of the repairs, but I didn't know how to dispute the claim. After being in construction for over 25 years, I can quickly tell if people in the industry know what they are talking about and Johnathan knows his field very well. He got me far more on my claim then I ever thought was possible and helped me navigate the payouts all along the way. My neighbor's sustained similar damages to their homes and, per my recommendation, they used Artis as well. I can attest that they have all been very happy with the results.

Perhaps you’ve had a similar experience as me. I had someone knock at my door and say my area was hit by a storm and they could help me with an insurance claim to fix the damage. After I started the claim process I was ghosted by this company. I was lost with an insurance check sitting on my desk when I googled and found Artis. I honestly can’t thank Johnathan enough for all his help. He was able to help with the insurance claim, get the most money, and help me find the right contractors to do the work. The area that I live in got severe hail damage on May 17, 2019. I initially worked with a constructor the issuance recommended to me which only found some small damages. I didn't believe it could be that simple and found Jonathan at Artis through friend referral. Thanks for the additional evidences identified by Johnathan and the hard fight, the insurance eventually agreed to pay for the replacement of the whole siding and repair many other small damages that were ignored by the insurance in their initial assessment. Yea, it was a shame for the insurance! If you need a professional with right expertise to deal with your home insurance, these guys are really good!
