Terrible!! DO NOT USE!!! Geoff went to do an asbestos survey on behalf of a buyer. We were assured it was non invasive. Came round and wanted to lift up fitted carpets ( some only fitted 4 weeks ago) including upstairs where they are clearly on wooden floors. Tried to get one carpet up with a crow bar - god only knows what professional surveyor thinks there’s asbestos under a wooden floor and uses a crow bar in a house that’s immaculate!! All this with only the 87 year old owner to stop him - which she did!! I have no words about how I feel about this unprofessional cowboy!! I also wonder if he is actually certified and insured as a surveyor?

Geoff is a very friendly guy, communicative, helpful and very knowledgeable. After buying an old 1980s property with artexed ceilings, straw walls, and other bizarre goodies of the time I thought it'd be a wise investment to have a survey done. It was very easy to get one booked in, he showed up on time and was very thorough. The turnaround time was quick and he was happy to talk through it on the phone. I got a nice report of the findings, which gave me great peace of mind when working inside (and meant I knew part of the external roof fascia contained asbestos!), he was also very helpful a few weeks later when I had another couple of things I wanted to clarify.
Overall if you need asbestos testing or any other services, you can't go wrong in giving him a call.
