We discovered asbestos sheet under our floorboards when planning plumbing works. We had used Asbestos Ltd. for a previous survey and were very happy with them so used them again. They made sure they understood what we had seen and recommended an appropriate survey without attempting to oversell.

Asbestos Ltd. managed the whole process, which really eased the burden on us. Once the survey confirmed the presence of asbestos they arranged removal and an independent air test. All the work was conducted promptly, quickly and with minimal disruption.

If you require an asbestos survey, I highly recommend Debbie Hales of Asbestos Limited. Debbie is very experienced & knowledgeable about asbestos and all the associated statutory regulations. I instructed Asbestos Ltd to do an asbestos refurbishment survey on a commercial property and Debbie was very responsive, arranged for the survey to take place very quickly, I also got the results back very quickly. Asbestos Limited responded to my enquiries in a timely manner throughout my business with them and provided plenty of information on what actions to take when you suspect asbestos may be present. We arranged for 2 samples to be taken from suspected materials and the work was carried out in a safe and speedy way, with no mess. We also arranged to take a sample from a 3rd location while the others were being done, this was very easy to agree. Once the samples were taken, results came back within 24 hours. At every step of the process everyone involved was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had.

Would happy recommend to anyone who suspects they may have asbestos contaminated material in their home and would like to know for sure, so the appropriate action can be taken.
