Went above and beyond to source the part (something i wasnt expecting at the time of day was later in the evening), fully serviced my boiler - something previous engineers had done half heartedly it seemed - and get the hot water up and running. The water was leaking from the bathroom into the garage, and there was a risk the pipe would burst, leading to a major flood in the house due to the leak. I was recommended Waqar by one of my friends. Despite his busy schedule, he came to my house right away to fix the problem, and he did so within 10 minutes of getting my phone call.

Had a problem with the boiler not running hot water. Someone recommended Ascot Plumbing and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I messaged, Waqar was professional, he responded immediately on a Sunday!!! asked all the right questions and requested a video. He had an idea of the problem and was clear and transparent on his cost, we agreed a time, same day!!.. he was prompt at the agreed time, was clear as to what he was going to do and why. Spent time on diagnosing the issue one symptom at a time and did not mind me with watching over him. Finally identified the fault and fixed it, also gave future advice on the boiler. Fantastic service with very quick turnaround. My boiler started leaking in the morning. In the afternoon, Ascot checked it, and a part needed to be ordered. I recently called Ascot Plumbing for a variety of issues around my house, and I couldn't be happier with the service. My toilet was completely blocked and wouldn't flush, but he quickly resolved it with his specialist tools. He also efficiently repaired a leaking radiator that was causing my boiler to constantly lose pressure and cut out.
