**Editing after being contacted, makes me even more unimpressed with service than before, trying to blame the issue on lenders, just to confirm, my review is nothing to do with lenders, its review for broker for promising something that couldnt be provided and messing with my mental health because they wanted a big payday. I'm so much better off now, saved myself £500 and 2 weeks after contact with broker, I got an acceptance from a bank**

Not really impressed with the service to be honest. The advisor I had didn't seem to knowledgeable and caused me unnecessary stress due to a simple mistake. When I originally was contacted, I ran out of all options of getting a mortgage and this was my only hope, I gave the advisor all of my details, deposit amount, my age, income, outgoings, how long I been in a job for. I went out of my way to go and get bank statements, all other documents because the advisor told me that with my information he is sure to find someone for me. 4 days later of being excited, worried and unsure of the outcome, I recieve a call from advisor saying that it's not possible due to main factors such as my age and the time I been in continuous employment. Huge disappointment because after going out of my way to get all documents, and got false hope, turns out I cant get a deal due to first things I told the broker in the first place. But the false hope hasnt stopped there, the advisor then told me there is a way to get mortgage if my partner applies without me, great! How amazing! Off we went searching for houses at lower price so my partner can afford to pay the deposit by himself as I couldnt be involved in any way. Found an amazing property for £50,000, had the deposit there and then, so amazing, we contacted the broker again to let him know the news, oh but here came the disappointment... turns out the minimum property value had to be 75K, why couldnt he let us know that in the beginning before sending us to think about it? Why the continuous dream breaking has to be done. Either say no it's not possible because of these main factors and we would have gone our separate ways to improve those factors, instead making me wait 4 days in huge hope to then let me know. It's not like they needed to do checks, it was literally a no because I'm not 21, or 25 years old and because I wasnt in a continuous for over 6 months which is the FIRST things I told the mortgage broker when we contacted them initially.
