Michael Frape of Ashtons Legal provided excellent service in handling a professional negligence claim for me. The claim was very important to me, and Michael did a highly diligent and thorough job of putting together and pursuing the initial stages of the claim, with the appropriate level of attention to detail, always dealing with the case personally. Michael adapted his fees to reflect the nature and size of the case. Michael was then forced to relinquish the case on grounds of the economics, but he gave time in completing the final stage before the handover to my new solicitor and did everything he could to ensure that went smoothly. Eventually a settlement of the case was obtained and I will always be grateful for Ashtons Legal's part in this.

Poor contact. I contacted Ashton's and was redirected to the main switchboard to give my details, and told they would get back to me.

Still heard nothing after 2 weeks, so seems like just a waste of my time to get in touch with them. Would be much better if they are too busy to get back to people, to just say so. This would have saved me the time to going through all the info. In addition I am now delayed in getting the work I needed to get done.

Best to save your time and avoid, in my opinion. But I hope for their sake they can improve the contact process/experience.
