Get AAA involved early! 1,000% recommended for anybody dealing with a homeowners insurance claim. David (Dave) Underwood has been an absolute blessing in helping us navigate damage and a denied insurance claim from Hurricane Debby. Dave is incredibly thorough as well as kind and caring. He is informative and educates you along the way, sets realistic expectations, and just simply goes to bat for you... the homeowner... dealing with what can often feel like a losing battle against insurance. If you've ever said "Then why do I even have insurance? What's the point? What DO they cover?" You're not alone. Don't try to do it alone. Let that be your cue to call Dave and the folks at AAA. --- PS, we subsequently faced more damage from Hurricane Milton and are working with Dave again and are incredibly thankful for his help!

I was redirected to Cody at AskAnAdjuster a few months ago when seeking honest, dependable help when our roof was leaking in several places. Upon the initial contact with him, he showed compassion, knowledge and assured me he would do his best for us. I must say I was not disappointed. November 10, 2022 our Ocklawaha, FL home sustained significant damage from hurricane Nicole. Having never filed a homeowners claim I contacted my insurance company, confident that everything would be taken care of. Imagine my horror when I learned that they denied almost my entire claim!
Fortunately, I was referred to Charles Farro, with Ask An Adjuster from one of my contractors and he saved us! I cannot emphasize enough that we would have never seen any significant money from our insurance company, that we had paid premiums to for over 40 years, if I had not contacted Charles Farro.

I would give Matt Coyle and his team 50 stars if I could. Matt handled 2 claims for us back to back. He got us what we wanted on both claims to fix our house, new roof and new kitchen ceiling due to broken pipe. Matt and his team did everything for us and Matt was excellent at Mediation. He made the claims so easy for us and took away most of our stress. I will recommend Ask an Adjuster to everyone I know. Don’t go it alone, insurance companies don’t want to pay out unless someone like Matt makes them. Thank you Matt and your team for everything you did for us.

Charlie is a life saver. When the insurance company would not recognize our hurricane claim on the roof and other damages, we were distraught and mentally shaken. My sister and I did not know who to turn to for help. Ask An Adjuster was at my job so I asked them. What a blessing, the first meeting with Charlie was wonderful that started the process. He was experienced, confident and reassuring through it all. Charlie was in contact and kept us informed. He handled all the paperwork, communication and mediation with the insurance company that was more than I could have done. In the end our claim was approved and we have a new roof. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do I want Charlie Farro.

We needed help with a claim for hail damage to our roof. Nicholas Boock from Ask An Adjuster was a Huge help in getting our damage claim resolved. He went out of his way on our behalf and was a sincere pleasure to work with. He really deserved 10 stars for a rating, rather than the 5 we were allowed to give him in the review.
