Jennifer was absolutely fantastic in helping me when I found myself in a very difficult situation with HMRC. Due to errors on their side I potentially could of ended having to pay £10k plus in backdated self assessment fines. Jennifer spent a long time looking it not this and managed to get them to confirm I should have never been and not currently eligible to pay self assessment. By doing this reduced the amount by 80% in terms of what I had to pay them. She was supportive and empathetic in what was a very difficult time for me and really took a lot of pressure off me by taking this fight on for me.

I moved to assist with my company many years ago after a couple of years of accountants provided the service but not advice alongside. I outsourced my accounts department to assist and so much easier and cheaper than having my own accounts dept.
