Use Assist Insurance Services Ltd at your peril. It is my personal experience that they use every conceivable ploy to reject legitimate claims. I would give them ZERO stars if possible.

This company agree to cover your claim ,then the last minute pull the plug,they ask you to order contents in respect of your loss,and change their mind once agreed.
Don't return calls.
Blame you for the damage!!!!
Even though they've previously agreed to cover .
Awful insurers,you have the choice let them handle your claim or you can yourself,we took let them handle our claim which entails you running round ordering replacements,so what's the difference here?

I want to say that from my first contact with ASSIST, I have been really happy with their service, costs, attitude, and help. I would further want to say that on recieving my xmas hamper today, that I am utterly ammazed. I have NEVER, in my whole life had anything like this before from an insurance company, or anybody else for that matter.

We will never use this company again ,they took our money quickly enough but in the last couple of years we have had 3 legitimate claims 2 on a 5yr old residential park home , but According to them a cracked shower tray was wear & tear also recently a shattered window was also down to wear ,having lost my engagement and eternity ring they claimed as it was lost indoors we were not covered. So DONT expect peace of mind from this company

Advertising says get an online quote. Totally misleading, you fill your details in and that's it, wait for a phone call, messages they have left me want me to call them back, when I want an online quote I expect an online quote not over the phone, or when leaving a message as I do work, give me the figure..

Cancelled before the end and all they were bothered about was getting the cancellation fee 3 phone calls and a letter not to mention they had 2 mths payments extra .would consider alternative company next time
