Very happy with the service provided. I did lose a bit of faith after seeing the reviews here, only having seen them after sending my phone off

I was sent regular updates with the progress of my claim every step of the way and never once had to intervene to check up on it. Total time taken, about a week

Ended up with what appears to be a brand new phone, newer model and same spec as my old one. Fantastic.

I guess because I kept my old phone in pristine condition and it was of higher spec than average, it made sourcing a like for like replacement model in the same condition difficult or replacing the system board without compromising on the quality of repair unfeasible (the model in question is rated incredibly difficult to fix)

No complaints here!!!

A great experience. I sent my broken S23 Ultra away on the Monday, They received it on the Tuesday, Repaired it on the Wednesday and I had MY phone back, As good as new on the Thursday.

Genuinely can't fault the service. ?

I was worried when I first read the reviews of this company knowing I had to use them to fix my phone(pixel 9pro XL) but I was blown away with the level of communication, regular updates and speed of everything. They weren't able to fix my phone, so replaced it was a new like for like device.

I was expecting a stressful experience but instead it was very smooth. I hope I don't neen their services again, but if I do I know it will be sorted with professionalism.

I do not recommend using the services of this company. Unprofessional people work there and treat customers as objects. I returned the phone for repair under warranty and, due to the good protection of the phone against further damage, I sent it in the original box. I received the phone in a non-original box wrapped in some sandwich foil. I cannot recover the original box because it was disposed of as written in the message. Not very professional approach. Because the lack of the original box significantly reduces the value of the phone. I don't recommend it.

Whilst contacting assurant to see if they had received my phone yet I came across the reviews which made me concerned. She informed me that they had received the phone that morning and I would receive emails of when my phone was with an engineer and then when it would be out for delivery, which I did that same day. I received my refurbished phone the very next day. This all happened in less than a week. I’ve had a great service!

Avoid this company at all costs. Privacy data leak issues. They will NOT pay out. Their previous reviews say it all. Most staff are rude and incompetent. Took out extended car warranty with them and they have made me jump through hoops for no reason. Constantly asking for evidence of “sudden mechanical failure” which is almost impossible to evidence through photos. They will not send out an engineer to inspect the car themselves and will not let me post them the parts as proof. How are you supposed to demonstrate sudden failure through photographs ? They have cost me so many unnecessary expenses . Staff at the call Centre are rude and cannot be bothered to deal with problems. They tried to palm me off to a special assistant department as they didn’t want to help me anymore, but I never said I was deaf or blind. They’re constantly insulting me. I’ve made 3 complaints which have achieved nothing as they don’t care. They will not refund me my policy either. Awful, worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. I feel totally scammed and insulted.

Sent off my iPhone XS Max off for repair with this company through my Nationwide Flex plus insurance, paid the (rather high) £75 excess for the repair to be carried out, to then have the phone returned with a new fault of randomly rebooting every 10minutes to 1 hour! Returned the phone to assurant the next day as a ‘warranty repair’ to have it back a few days later saying they can’t find any faults. Was then asked to return the phone again to assurant for a replacement handset, to be phoned the next day after I had sent it that this was a mistake and there is nothing they can do! I will need to take it to Apple!!! I’m now £75 out of pocket, with a phone that still does not work. Their advice - contact the ombudsman. Guess that will be my next step. Please think twice before trusting this company with your handset!

Assurant Avoid Scammer and Liars
if i could give them Zero star i would, avoid and disappointed with Assurant and Nationwide, sitting on the fence, Problem with my phone, paid £75 excess
and sent me to repair shop out of town wasted all day , still phone wasn't repaired contacted Assurant asked me to send the phone to them but had all my data and info on the phone took me a few days to access another handset , sent the phone, Assurant staff contacted asking me to pay another £ 75 and also not willing to guaranteeing the repair and also accused me that i deliberately damaged the phone , which i found unacceptable and libellous, asked the staff to repeat her wording again and she continued to accuse me , asked her to repeat her wording and than she stated i may have chosen my wording wrong . Contacted nationwide they fobbed me off to they kept referring back to Assurant Assurant kept my phone another 4 weeks no communication, i once again complained to Nationwide Building society in the branch and on the phone they still fobbed me back to Assurant, all of sudden after my complaint to Nationwide, i received my handset back without been repaired , i received an email from Assurance with another lie that my insurance was voided, which was never the case accepting responsibility Neither Nationwide or Assurant been helpful at all to me . i seriously think i should take my custom elsewhere. the way the staff spoke with me basically said it was upto to do what i need to do , I have been paying for tech insurance to Nationwide a number of Years, first time i needed to get the repair done , they refuse to deal with it I never ever used my insurance for tech support before first time i needed and this is the support i got , lie, prejudice, and washing their hands off my case NATIONWIDE building society and ASSURANT

Your bog standard response to everyone’s review is not acceptable , look into your practices, staff attitude and make sure you are fair and right to your customers otherwise many more people reading your reviews will think twice to take policy out with such a trash company like ASSURANT
