I am a member of public trying to get my Diplomat cooker repaired. I called this company and they said that an engineer would be with me within 24 - 48 hours. That didn't happen! They then charged me £189 to cover the engineer's call out and inspection. The engineer caused damage to the cooker whilst trying to remove a part and when he left, there was still a screw from the cooker left on our kitchen floor! To be honest, he was useless. The engineer failed to tell me anything about my cooker that I didn't already know. On my initial phone call with the company, I told them that the thermostat needed replacing and that the grill didn't work. At the end of it all, the company said that because the cooker is so old, they are unable to source the parts that are needed to repair it. In a nutshell, I paid £189 for an engineer to come to my house to tell me what I already knew! They are an absolute disgrace as a company, charging way over the top for a call out fee. Please consider any other company for your repairs, because this lot are terrible. Stay clear!

I have an insurance with another company. This phone number called me and asked to give them my bank details for no reason and then I refused to give my bank details to the random phone calls and asked to send an email. Never received anything and also I am not giving my bank details to anyone. They said they cannot take any bank details over the email and I didn’t get what they wanted from me sounded like they are beginner scammers. Never received any emails back seems like the info leaked and they tried to scam me with the money lol

This company book engineers to do jobs and then don’t pay them. Don’t answer emails or phone calls when chasing up payment. Dodgy scammers!! The 020 phone number on their website is fake. If you’re a client I’d steer clear too.

DON'T DO ANY WORK FOR THESE SCAMMERS. Did two boiler services for them. No payment even after speaking to them several times on the phone. Phone line goes dead now when trying to get through.

Owes me money and ignores emails, not even answering the phone to me now.

The invoices are well over 2 weeks late, they ignore my emails so I phone to request payment and they keep saying a different date every time.

Contacting a debt collector to recover money owed to me. Scam of a company formerly known to all appliance engineers as ‘repair network’ yet they deny that entirely… thank god companies house tells the truth.

Top tip for any contractors trying to settle unpaid invoices, and I can see there are a few from the reviews. I made a 4th phonecall today regarding an outstanding invoice of 5 months overdue, the 3 prior phonecalls made to Assuranty I was advised this would be paid the same day. My phonecall today seemed as though it would not be answered but I was very patient/persistant and let it ring on for sometime. My call was answered and I was promised that the invoice would be paid today (4th time promised) I explained that I would stay on the phone until a faster bank transfer was made to our company, and that if this debt was not paid I would send on to a debt consolidation company by the end of the day. She said she would phone me back within 20 mins, I refused to end the call and explained that I would stay on hold until this payment had gone through as I was not going to phone a 5th time or have our number blocked. She advised me that I would be on hold for 20-30 mins, I said that I would be happy enough to wait. After 15 mins this payment had actually gone through.
She did not speak after this payment came through so decided to just hang up. I hope this review helps other contractors get what they are owed.
This company is a big no go zone.

Shockingly terrible company. Rude, brash and they don't pay their invoices.
I did a job for them and have had to put a collection agency onto them. That forced their hand to pay, but as per my terms, they still owe collection fees and interest.
Stay away from these thieves.
They even put the phone down on me when I called. I am never rude and had plenty of patience with them.
