The online delivery of the NEBOSH IGC is completely inadequate. I'll be seeking another training provider. Astutis has wasted a year of my time and cost me a fortune in course and exam fees. Lesson learned, I'll get an in person class a few people have recommended.

Signed up for a course through Astutis, course in question was not cheap at £1374.

You have a year to complete the course, during which time I received no communication from any tutor for the duration (despite the course claiming you had access to tutor support), with the exception of assignment feedback, which was vague and entirely unhelpful, it is worth noting that you have to pay to resubmit assignments.

Was sent an email at one point advising that the course expiry date was approaching and despite having this date in writing they said it was actually 2 months earlier than this given date and had no interest in honouring this.

I requested the course books for obvious reasons and was quoted £240 for them, they were not even included in the £1374 that one is already paying for the course (that comes with zero support and potentially additional costs for assignment resubmissions).

Having spoken to customer services regarding these issues, although they gave an apologetic tone, it was one with no actual desire to find any form of solution, essentially a vibe it is what it is.

Of course all businesses need to make money in order to survive but for an educational service there should be a significant priority to providing an actual valuable education but Astutis are clearly only interested in milking as much money out of people as possible.

I have used a few training providers now for courses, which were either a similar topic or at least in the same format as this one and although some of those came with drawbacks, I can easily say the experience using Astutis has by far been the worst.

Absolutely appalling service and would strongly recommend to avoid at all costs. The courses they offer are readily available through plenty of other providers.
