They helped us for 3 months, battling the insurance company, prior to us having no success with them, we were in a year long battle dropped the contractor that helped us and when Atlas came in it was a beautiful battle. We appreciate their help, it took 3 months to get the roof approved (lengthy battle prior so we knew going into this) and it took them 2 days to put the new roof on. I am glad they knocked on my door

Honestly, I had no clue public adjusters were a thing until I found myself in a pickle with my insurance company, only willing to cover a fraction of my total roof damage. So, I reached out to these folks, and although it did take a couple of months, they really came through and made sure I got a brand-new roof. Can't thank them enough! Very professional and punctual

I’m wondering if it’s not a requirement for solicitors to be able to read because two men came by (business card left says “Colton Tipton” is the sales rep), READ THE NO SOLICITING SIGN RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOORBELL, and then knocked once, then once again when we didn’t answer the door.

We have a newborn PLUS a night shift worker, so it’s very disappointing that this company does not respect No Soliciting signs.

Also violated Town of Gilbert Code of Ordinances Sec. 14-172 where it states it is unlawful to distribute/place/etc. handbills (aka things that advertise, which the business card they left is doing) on private property where the no soliciting sign is available in public view.
