Excellent service, had a little emergency with a puncture in the sidewall and needed the car that morning. The guys were fantastic and helped me out, without complaining or frowning, really professional, polite and that extra mile was no trouble.

It was a pleasure to use the services of ATS Euromaster again!
Last time when I had my car serviced at ATS Euromaster, the mechanic told me that I had to do the MOT as soon as possible.
I received a reminder message, I called and made an appointment, I took the car at the appointed time and within an hour they called me and told me that everything is okay.
I paid a reasonable price for a quality service. The mechanics were very kind and offered me support and advice.

In for MOT on 15th July and vehicle kept for 2 days to rectify safety issues. Great service and workmanship as per usual at ATS and they saved the life of my vehicle....neighbour's car next to my parking bay went up in flames on evening of 15th. Thank you ATS Clacton (Simon & the gang)

Been using the clacton branch for years now never had a problem till this service . There is Grease everywhere even on the speakers in the back door . Spilled oil under the bonnet. Coolant was not touched it was over full when left and over full when picked up to the exact same level . Let's hope the filters were done . Also grease on brakes so had to clean them . Sadly won't go any more services are not cheap and they still didn't do a proper job .
