I was recommended to Wayne following an unpleasant experience with an alternative broker at another company. From the initial call explaining my situation, he was very informative about the steps I could take and how he could assist me obtaining the funding I was looking for, even though the previous broker from another company had placed me in a position of taking fees without approval.
