Please do read this review. First I even heard of this company and the service they provide, I thought it is a scam. Too good to be true. But to be fair, it is better than than - it is a life saver for regular people who have no clue about accidents or claims. Customer service spent at least 30 min answering all of my silly questions, even before I got the point of discussing am I eligible to be their customer. Everyone is very polite, they even adjusted time when they would have called me, due to the nature of my work. Always on time and precise. All my accident business got handled via phone or email. They even dealt with the annoying 3rd party insurance company that kept on bugging me. In the final result, I got about 30% above the market value for my vehicle, brand new courtesy car for nearly 2 months. and hassle free all. around transition. If you are still not sure about this business, just call them and ask, but rom my experience it 110% pro-customer business.
Thank you Shardane and the team, I hope that I wont have to deal with these kind of issues any more, but I definitely know who to call in case of car accident. Just make sure it is 100% not your fault.
