Really polite, helpful and had it done in good time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again, another firm had me wait 3 weeks for a part (with no arrival time), auto windscreens went out of their way to find one within 3 days

Easy to find and the chap that we spoke with was was very informative.
There is a large housing estate on the opposite side of the road which has a couple of large shops in it but, if you don’t fancy a stroll then the workshop have their own waiting room which is comfy, heated and has a tv, toilets and a water dispenser. Only thing I would have liked to have seen was a coffee machine, wouldn’t have minded paying for the coffee either. It was a chilly day so a hot brew would have been welcomed. Other than that, all was great and the job was done quickly 👍🏻

Very pleasant environment. Technicians are polite and ensure you are comfortable while you wait. Workmanship very high quality. Definitely recommend them. Lloyd who fixed my car window was a really nice person.

Quick and friendly service.
Booking system shows no appointment availability, but got seen quite quickly.
Toilet, tv and water available in customer lounge, local cafe (highly recommend 👌) in Market Place in Aylsham.

Good quick chip repair to my windscreen, they were quite busy but carried out the repair within 1 hour as a turn up and wait job, could do with a coffee machine but the water machine was adequate.

The guys were extremely professional and did the job quickly and carefully. I would use them again
