Their phone assistant was polite and rang back swifty to answer our renewal query. They apparently had an email renewal page glitch, which we were told they could not fix so we had requested a call back. However, their assistant had incorrect data at hand, and we had to refresh him when he should have known our car data already. He initially sought to charge us more than the given renewal price, yet we corrected him. He also spoke in a low but extremely fast tone, and we had to keep asking him to stop and explain what he was actually saying. It was altogether quite confusing. Auto National must have staff that can be easily understood by their customers, as they are running an emergency service. They also need properly updated records, which currently indicates that the left hand does not communication with the right hand. As loyal long-standing members, we also requested a car sticker for our vehicle’s window, only to be told that they do not provide them anymore. This seems absurd as their sticker in cars were of course an ongoing advert for them. We were left with the impression that Auto National is not the company that is used to be.

Fair priced policy with good coverage. Local garages used for recovery, it's been my misfortune to use this recovery only once, but it was very satisfactory. Also I had to call them out to my home address owing to a flat battery, this was done quickly & without fuss.

excellent prices and mostly good web experience, including a very prominent facility to opt out of continuous card authority. Also no stupid renewal prices. Very good service the couple of times i've had to call them out. The only thing I didn't like was the 10+ emails I got reminding me to renew. Overkill, people, overkill. Just tell me once.

All renewed very easily. I was informed that my renewal was due in plenty of time, given the cost, and that if I wished to renew it would be done automatically. It happened as stated, and I received an email confirming the renewal on the day it was done. I really appreciated this, as use of technology does not come easily to me!

I have been with Autonational Rescue for a number of years but prefer to renew my policy over the phone rather than electronically, an important option to have. I have renewed my policy for the next 12mths, over the phone as usual. The operatives are always, polite, very efficient but also friendly and very helpful. Today was no exception. My operatives name was Tina who took the time to listen and soon had my new policy set up and renewed. I felt confident everything was satisfactory for another year.
