I entered into a contractual agreement with the company. After a week, they informed me that my policy was being canceled due to a system error indicating a claim against me four years prior. I had already disclosed this information when signing the contract. Despite the short duration of the policy (10 days), they imposed additional charges for the cancellation. Furthermore, they failed to provide a refund for the remaining period of the month. I advise against engaging in business with this company.

Worst insurance company I have dealt with in my life. Sent a note and verbally told them I am cancelling. They said I need to call back and speak to them despite speaking to them and sending a note. They didn't cancel and receive letters from the financial broker who said they did not receive any cancellations from this company. After two months and long hours on the call I have to pay a fee for two months because they didn't cancel when I asked. Always go to the more reputable insurance companies, not these clowns

Terrible company, took a policy out for my van and paid the premium up front 2 weeks before my previous policy expired, Autonet then take another £87 out of my bank account without my consent, theft?, I call them up which is a nightmare to get through to as thr call centre is in south Africa and they treat you like an idiot, talk down to you and generally make you feel like a piece of something off their shoe. Anyway they say I had a claim, which I didn't, so.they took more money (without my cosent). I told them I xan prove there was no claim and they weren't interested. I.then insisted my policy be shut down before the start date and all my money is refunded. They refused to refund the whole amount and are keeping £40. This was never explained to me and I'd rather not deal with such a poor insurance company that does not put its customers in regard. You only find out how good an insurance company is when you claim, in this case I found out before, awful company. Still fighting for my full refund and to change this where they can just dip their thieving hands into your bank and take money without consent. Please avoid these their is many unhappy customers out there with similar experiences.

AVOID AVOID AVOID don't buy or trust this company you will regret it you will go in circles even its not your fault the 3rd punk hit my van got it on clear cctv but for some reason I am charged extra until 3rd punk agrees scam scam also the repairs team are asking for me to pay for VAT just because I am VAT registered what's that got to do with my insurance claim on my van repair never heard of this

If I could give no stars I would. Poor company, employees don't know what they are doing. Poor customer service. I was put on hold for 20min then he returned with no answers, only to be put on hold again with no reply at all (who knows where he went, I hope he's ok?). Prices are plucked out the air, then told to cancel my policy and get a new one with them to get a better price. Im still sitting on the edge of my seat hopping he gets back to me

Avoid using this company!!! was using Autonet Insurance for quite a few years but now I've decided to go elsewhere due to renewal going up from £820 to £1510.......crazy! Bear in mind I have another years no claims to add. Spoke to them to say i don't want to auto renew and they really couldn't care less about losing a regular customer. They didn't even bother to look into it. Will not be using them again or recommending them.

One of the worst companies I deal with .
No customer service, they just raise my insurance from 1100 to 5800 .
Their call centre is somewhere in Africa and when you tell them you want to file a complaint against their service they quickly say that they will write the complaint on your behalf but they are not able to issue a copy of written complain.
Zero, zero stars and a company of thieves
