Incredibly rude customer service, phoned them up after cancelling my policy for no reason they said if you are overspeeding by 1mph they can cancel your policy. What a load of rubbish, charged a student exortionate cancellation fees and couldnt even give a good reason to cancel. Not to mention how patronising the customer service was - his name was teddy - one of the rudest people I have spoken to and very unprofessional. Please please please DO NOT take out insurance with this company.

Absolute scam artists, do NOT take out any policy with them. Please please look at the reviews here and Trustpilot beforehand, cannot fathom how they’re still in business and will absolutely guarantee they won’t last long.

Will cancel your policy with no notice (e.g. driving 1mph over the speed limit) and will charge extortionate cancellation costs.

Absolute Joke, sent 7 of the exact same email, along with 7 text messages in the space of a couple of hours requesting me to send the telematics box back even though the package to return the box had not arrived. Terrible customer support and have not been able to log into view my insurance for the whole duration of my policy.

Terrible, avoid!

It took me nearly 3 weeks calling few times a week and being on hold for about 30 minutes for no one to answer then I would just hang up because I don't have all the time in the world.

Their black box insurance whilst being somewhat cheap is terrible and I would avoid at all costs, it limits your whole driving experience, when you drive, how long you drive for, what hours e.g. during the night or peak hours this all impacts your score.

Do no take insurance up with this company, cancelled my sons insurance then made him pay £1200 to cancel, raging is an understatement, 18 he is and now has two insurance to pay, just started university today and having to pay this bunch of thieves out of his student loan. Please don’t use them

Daylight robbery.
Stay away!! if anything goes wrong and you need to cancel during the legal 14 day cooling off period they will charge you £252.00 to cancel not to mention it took them over 50 minutes to answer the phone. Read reviews on trustpilot any young drivers please stay away to save yourself the expense and upset that my son and I went through

Cancelled policy without warning due to a mistake by autosaint. Customer service is a joke if it was funny! spent hours on hold and getting cut off! No reply to emails. Stay clear unless you enjoy stress...

I wish I could put an option for 0 stars.

Please please please nobody take out car insurance with this company.

The customer service team will also speak to you disgustingly.

The worst company I have ever dealt with and quite honestly wish for their downfall.
