Avis and enterprise (Park Royal their car hire) have very good. Customer care team.

Repairs well something else Solus (Park Royal) never I mean never allow this company to touch your vehicle.

My car went in for damage to rear passenger side. When they returned car the first time it looked worst than when it went in. Complained to Avis and they sorted ASAP respect.

Solus returned car now remember damage on rear passenger side so I signed off and they drove off. When I opened the front passenger door I saw this long black strip. Took car to my garage only for them to advise this is the trim for your front window (see Attached photo).
I drive a nice Mercedes ML63. If you don't value your vehicle take to Solus otherwise stay far from this unprofessional company because they are a serious jokers
