When we had major water damage in our home due to wind driven rain, I was not prepared for the red tape that was involved with getting reimbursed from the insurance company for our losses. After submitting our claim and realizing that insurance only wanted to pay us a small fraction of the amount we needed to repair the damage a contractor we knew referred us to Avner Gat. I had no idea that these companies existed and more importantly how effective they can be. We were assigned to Gary Weinzimer who immediately put us at ease and thoroughly explained the whole process. He was so detail oriented and knowledgeable about the situation. Immediately Gary developed a plan and he got people in to get started taking care of the problem. This was very important to me because I suffer from Chronic Inflammatory Response Disorder which can be triggered by water damaged buildings. Gary was AMAZING throughout the entire process, which was a very tedious one for him. We went through 11 adjusters to get the claim paid and taken care of. He was so patient but also firm in what he needed and expected from our insurance company. He met the insurance company at our home multiple times and was so organized with all the paperwork needed to resolve our water damage. There were so many different layers which even included securing a rental house for us during the remediation that Gary facilitated. We are so excited to have just finished our remediation and be back in our home! We are so grateful to Gary and Avner Gat for taking the overwelm out of this devastating situation and for allowing us a happy ending in our home! We could not have done it without you GARY!!
