Dean was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. I was a first time buyer and naïve to the entire process, but Dean took his time to explain everything and no question was left unanswered. He even went above and beyond to see through the sale and I genuinely believe my sale would have been dead in the water without Dean as he did a lot of the work which should have been done by solicitors. Dean was a great support and source of advice throughout the entire process and I cannot recommend him highly enough- I have already recommended him to friends and family. His knowledge and expertise proved vital during the process and having him on board gave me a lot more confidence in the whole experience. I honestly cannot recommend Dean more highly.

Dean was extremely helpful at a turbulent time in the mortgage market. He helped us secure a 'security offer' when it looked like rates were only going up. He then monitored the market and secured two further offers once rates started coming down again. He stayed patient with us when we were being indecisive and was always responsive to emails and phone calls. He was invaluable in addressing a mistake made by the conveyancer after completion of the remortgage, taking the stress and burden off of our shoulders and ensuring the issue was resolved in a timely manner, and remaining communicative throughout. Highly recommend his services.
