Used Axa as my travel insurance had an allergic reaction on holiday and had to go hospital I called them whilst there they told me they would refund me if I had the documents. I have sent the documents at least 10 times they then always ask for more I send more then they want better quality it’s been on going for 2 months now and there’s excuse after excuse. AVOID USING THESE!!

I was too ill to fly before take off as was constantly vomiting before I got on the plane,they removed me and wife from plane,AXA will not refund,even gave a doctors not saying maybe contagious up to 24 -48 hours,disgusting.

1 Star is too much. I had a travel Insurance with AXA through Llloyds Bank, made a claim on behalf on my son which had to be haspitalised on our journey aboroad. They kept asking for more and more documents, when got them all- silence! Now Lloyds changed insurance provider. Result: ne provider cannot help - understandable. But when I contacted AXA direclty I was given few different numbers - all to incorrect department. My first ever 1 star review, well deserved though!

Axa home insurance staff are changing details, like swapping a house in the policy to a bungalow to up the premium. They target people with mental health as they are mostly vulnerable and dont check for details during renewals. Then they blame customers for not checking their renewal details.please be careful and dont give money to the fraudulent axa agents.please complain to the ombudsman if axa agents have done this to you or any vulnerable customers.

Having sent an opticians and doctors letter in to explaining my problem PPP then sent me for 2 x appointments with consultants. ( 2 mornings off work) No news for 6 weeks then after i chased for a reply they tell me i am not covered under some small print in the hand book which is only online. filing a complaining PPP try to buy me off with a £50 compensation. I have been paying in for years only to find first problem I am not covered. Appalling service try a different company!!
