Unfair and unreasonable. Decilned to renew my home policy despite having been with them for over 10 years. Said I am a flood risk, despite having never made any claim whatsoever. I now have to tell any new insurers I was declined renewal because I am a flood risk. I live half way up a big hill. Totally unfair, avoid them

Worst experience so far. Went on holidays and had some problems with health which ended up few times in hospital. Once we back we uploaded all invoices and etc and its already 4 months with no answers. Every time i call them they tells me that there is some medical history problems and someone will get in touch with me. I heard that already 4 times, no one called me, no one emailed me, nothing. I really disapointent that havent checked other people experiences before buying it.

So just be aware, that it is impossible to claim your money back, they just tells you what you want to hear it over the phone and at the end of the day nothing will be sorted.

To get through to the person you need it takes ages. Have to go through the multiple and multiple options, that will take you to the starting point of a call. If you get lucky and they will pick-up then they will transfer you to another person and if you are lucky enough when they pick-up they will drop the call. I had a claim on my policy, my motorcycle has been written off, when the have made a payment i was charged for my excess twice. I have been on call today for a 4 times , each call is over 40-50 minutes. I will try to avoid them in h future.

Not the most stylish of buildings but good place to work with great people and reasonable facilities. Staff car park is a great bonus and one to be appreciated. Handy for town as well as for the station, plus Cardinal Park and the football ground being very close.

What a great place so pleased it is back open. Food, staff, atmosphere all wonderful. We will be back. The Arlington cocktail was amazing.

Axa insurance, Awful company , cheap insurance company but useless if you need a claim .horrible customer service , 2 hour to answer the call .Rude and un professional staff , all the time wrong advice they doesn't care ,big company with funny complain team , no power to resolve the matter .every claim takes at least 6 month to Concluded . If not chase them up no response .

Not waste your time with them. Pay more to get proper insurance

Thanks to independent financial invesegtion company Ombudsman to resolve my issue .

1 of the worst insurance companies I ever seen lie after lie made a claim while my wife fell ill on holiday phoned this company on many occasions given different stories and the settlement was disgusting so made a complaint this already nearly on 2 months and no reply made so many calls still nothing mickey mouse company be careful
