I am writing this review with great disappointment regarding my experience with BJ Fennel, who has been our insurance broker for several years. Initially, we chose them based on a recommendation from our accountant.

The trouble began when we had to file a claim against our policy. Initially, the process was handled swiftly, and we provided all the necessary information. However, after the initial stages, everything took a turn for the worse. The pace slowed down, and we were inundated with excuses.

For three long years, I diligently chased for updates, sent numerous inquiries, and received little to no replies. The situation became increasingly frustrating as excuses piled up. In sheer frustration, I took it upon myself to contact the insurer directly, only to uncover a shocking truth: my case had been closed two years prior. The insurer had requested crucial information from BJ Fennel, and they had failed to respond, leaving my claim in limbo.

To add insult to injury, the insurer promptly settled my claim within four days of my direct intervention. It is abundantly clear that BJ Fennel's lack of responsiveness and negligence were the primary obstacles in resolving my claim.

I can emphatically state that I will not be renewing my policy with BJ Fennel, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to explore alternative options. The frustration, lack of accountability, and the substantial delay in resolving my claim have left me with a sense of betrayal. I had assumed my insurance renewal was contingent on the resolution of my claim, only to realize that BJ Fennel was the actual hindrance, not my insurer.
