I used B Mortgage Services to help me get my first mortgage for a new home. I have never been through this process before and they really helped me and my partner out. They explained things in very simple ways for me and this was especially helpful as I am not from the UK so some of the terminology or process was slightly different than what I am use to. The specific mortgage advisor, Bev, was especially very helpful and was super responsive and processed things quite quickly. Honestly, I am so happy that I went with B Mortgage Services, I highly recommend them.

I was in the process of buying my first house. I already had a broker but wanted to compare. After the initial contact with Mark and Kayleigh it was clear they would provide a much higher level of service than my previous broker.

They have been amazing during the whole process: from the start where you need to provide all the necessary details, to finding the best deals for you and aftercare. I can't think of anything that they could have done better or need to improve.
