Stay clear of these cowboy artists, especially Mike. I had them fit a Pandora system to an Abarth, it took them three attempts to do it and even then we had to disable the alarm because it kept going off due to not being fitted properly. They will steal your original car key when they install the system and fob you off with a cheap unbranded key. I spent weeks trying to get them to come and bring my key back, managed to book an appointment and then they didn’t show and blocked my number. The cowboys behind the work are Luke and Mike. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Very bad service, they told me miss leading information so I go ahead and buy their service. They have lied to be prior the appointment to make me buy their product. The product isn’t what they tell you on the phone, when they come to see you the truth comes out and you left dissatisfied, please be aware and do your research. The guy that installed my immobiliser was very unprofessional and rude, I couldn’t ask him a question without him snapping at me !!!! He was telling me that he earns 250k a year and he basically knows it all. They fitted immobiliser to my new Range Rover sport which now doesn’t work properly, I have to put the pin 2/3 times before the engine starts … this wasn’t suppose to happen!!! They tell you you can choose any buttons on your car and when they come on the day the truth comes out and you can only use 4 buttons on your car to create the pin !! Proper con company , stay away from them , he didn’t even hide the cables properly, I had to take it to my local garage to correct that. See attachment pic , even left my floor panel on the floor !!! AWFUL AWFUL

Mike come out to look at Pandora light pro.
That he never fitted.
Issue was with the siren and after a few settings later it's working.
Great communication before and while on the job.
Advised siren has battery that may default after a few years.....
Will definitely get him to fit siren as and when needed.

I can confidently say i now know what batman looks like! Needless to say i was in a bit of a sticky situation. 4 am and misses waters broke. So i jumped into my s63 amg mattee green bat mobile and raced down to the hospital in 20 minutes thinking i was batman. I parked immediately outside the emergency ambulance section and took my wife in. I was then told to move the car as it was going to block ambulances. As i jumped back in, and in the frenzy of it all i'd managed to lock my ghost system (probably due to entering the wrong code a few times maybe). Now i was really in a spot of bother. I immediately messaged mike ( as i had the ghost originally fitted by him ) at 5am thinking i had a 1 in 1000 chance of him being up at 5am. After messaging him i rang a few recovery companies, and all were refusing me as i couldnt get the car in neutral due to my ghost alarm, so they didnt have the truck with skates. As i was on the call to the final recovery guy, mike messaged me back. I immediately explained the situation, and he offered to race down and sort it out for me. He shared his live location with me and needless to say he was down in 40 minutes, and sorted it out in 5 mins flat. On top of that, this absolute gentlemen didnt even take a penny and offered this service as a gift towards my newly born daughter. Thanks Mike. I will defo be recommending you to all my mates and family for any services that you offer. A proper gentlemen

Had a Pandora system fitted a couple of weeks ago by Luke and Mike, both really friendly guys. Installation was quick and haven’t had any issues since. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.

Very happy with the friendly service provided, After theives attempted to steal my car I called to get a quote and was ran through what the system offers over the phone in detail. Once I knew when my car was going to come back from my insurance I called again and managed to get the car in the next day. After the alarm was fitted Mike ran through the app and features with me in detail. The buisness seems very Customer oriented and he worked passed office hours to complete the same day. Very professional and friendly with very competitive prices. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a call if you are thinking about car security. Thanks again Mike and BSWC!

Great guys and amazing customer service!

I can’t recommend these guys enough, I was looking for security for my newly purchased Abarth, nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to explain everything, answer any questions and full demonstration provided after installation.
