One star is too much for this company. They do not believe in good customer service, I used to deal with their subsidiary:- Letsure when they were based in Glasgow. They were excellent then.. Since coming under the Barbon Group and moving to Lincoln, customer service has nose-dived. I tried to phone them and waited 32 minutes before giving up. I am also awaiting a reply to an email.
My advice would be to avoid them and try another company. Apart from very poor service, they are not the most competitive insurance company.

tried to call regarding my rental deposit. The line went straight to voicemail which informed me that their mail box is full. Unable to contact them via telephone.
