Tom Skinner gave me invaluable pensions advice and has allowed me to make an informed decision on my pension options as I am coming upto 55 years of age. He managed to explain all the complicated language and various documents in layman's terms so that I could understand it. No mean feat! I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has really made my life easier making informed decisions about what to do with my pension with BA. I didn't even need to go into the office to see him, we had a google meeting online and it couldn't have been easier or more convenient. Brilliant service
