Over paid bureaucrats. Over complicate the simplest of tasks to increase the time they spend/waste and their already high fees.

Disgustung company who we are relying to to cash in our pensions.I applied to cash a pension 2 years ago,9 months went by heatd nothing even though i weote,texted and emailed the peeson dealing with it,turned out she'd left nobody advised,THEY did everything to get out of this blunder.The whole pricess had to be started again;i receuved forms to sign March 2023;heard nothing,called;sent lettwrs no reply.November 23 i got hold of a member of staff who accused me of sending the wrong forms;i said that is not possible;they were signed put back in the envelope returned next day.I then find out end of the year the yrustees Canada life kept sending the wrong forms and fraudulantly they tried to blame me.I asked compensation for the year 21 to 22 not expecting another year delay.I callrd Barnett waddingham and constantly sent letterz;rude staff,ohones slammed down.Finally i reach the so called operations manager Jo Thomas who i relayed the whole of the now 2nd complaint and another yeaes delay getting my lump sum needed for urgent household change which another ywar not having the lump sum builder and material prices have risen plus money in cards owed due to still nit havi g my much needed pensikn.April 2924 arrives Jo Thomas still hasn't called back and when i get hold of her shw's done nothing about the complaint just fraudulantly covered up si the trustee mess up has caused me financual loss.I then write to Paul Latimer a partner in the Millipore pension scgeme..hes come back with the same lies mussing huge chunks of what the 2nd year complaint is The first compensation was for a years mess uo NOT the now 2nd year of starting all over again!I'm taking these lz to court for fraud Paul Latimer ignored my full complai t
