We had a fantastic experience getting our family photo, plus dog. Andrew was very patient with our dog and the photos are excellent. We had family photos done at another studio a couple of years ago but the standard of those was not as good. The atmosphere was much more comfortable with Andrew and I think that came out in the photos making them look so natural and not posed. Andrew is a very nice genuine man and does not use any kind of pushy sales strategies which is really nice. Thank you for our lovely photos.

Free things particularly do not sit well with me.
We got a voucher to use and Andy kept on making negative side remarks about the whole process and my baby.
I asked if I could take a picture, he said why? Do I know what the voucher entail? I had to try my best not to cry out there.
I brought out my phone to also take some pictures on my phone then Andy just stopped shooting .
I’m only giving 3 stars because the first time I made an enquiry , he was lovely.

I’m still very upset ! You definitely did not have a welcoming atmosphere to even want to make me stay there a bit longer.
I really do not want to bring out the racist card but what I felt today was so underwhelming. I’m even more pissed out with myself because I went to Andrew before the shoot today and asked him - what was the catch for this free shoot because I know there’s no free shoot anywhere in England and he assured me it was just free .
I’m a black woman and I do have a voice. Be nice to everyone regardless of their colour Andrew.

Andy was brilliant. Very friendly and easy going, made us feel right at home. Was such a wonderful experience and the photos came out amazing! Highly recommend him. The prices are good too!

Wish I could give more stars!
Andy is one of the nicest most genuine people you will meet. Makes you feel relaxed, amazing with children, and shoots some amazing photos!
So glad I recieved the leaflet regarding a newborn shoot, as we would have really missed out not knowing about him!
Cant wait to come back when my little one is older!

We had a family photoshoot voucher to use. Andy is really friendly making you feel at ease and was great with our 5 year old and 8 month old. We have some really great pictures, not at all pushy for sales. I cant wait to pick up our pictures and highly recommend!
