I had a brilliant experience booking a holiday to Lanzarote with Nicola. I contacted prior to coming into the shop as it was a group booking of 15 and I felt stressed about having to take responsibility of booking this big group holiday. On arrival Nicola had everything set up and good to go with the hotel we wanted to go to, the dates and flights ready to be booked. This took the stress away from me and the booking process was very stress free and enjoyable. Nicola is very friendly and was eager to share ideas of places to visit and things to do while we are in Lanzarote! She really knows what she’s talking about when it comes to planning a fun fulfilled holiday🥰 I will definitely be back to book any future holidays with herself again x
