I was referred to BDElite by my manager to claim loss of earnings following an accident at work. However, the service provided by this company was extremely disappointing. Their response time is incredibly slow, often taking weeks to reply, and sometimes not responding at all. Despite promises of call backs with updates, these were never fulfilled.

Despite providing all requested information, after 8-9 months of them dealing with my case, I contacted them for an update only to discover that the case was closed, and I received no compensation whatsoever. It's baffling, considering the accident clearly occurred at work, I would not have known if I did not call them.

I have now decided to seek assistance from another company, who assure me that everything is in order, highlighting the inefficiency and lack of professionalism displayed by BDElite.

I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs, read the reviews!

Literally, my mate got in an accident and got a HEADACHE when they had to deal with it bare in mind he was not at fault.

Don't go with Baby Daddy Elite, they're not elite.

They gave my mate further trauma after the incident.

If you don't want to be in the cold weather for 12 hours please forget about this company. After 6 hours awaiting for the recovery to come. I decided to call every 10 minutes, at 2 am gave up and finally they arrived 9:30 am in the morning. BD ELITE LTD is an absolutely disgrace......
