Ever so pleasant on the phone, however despite sincere promises every time, they don't actually help or respond again. They have overseen sending me a replacement lawnmower through a disreputable supplier which arrived faulty and now a quotation is being issued to repair the mower which was faulty in the first place. They have never called me of their own volition to rectify the problem and have literally never ( yes that is correct) responded to email.
Avoid using at all costs.

Sent a photo of my TV - very obviously the screen was shattered and it was not fixable but still had to wait a week for someone to come out, look at it and tell me it couldn’t be fixed. Sent a replacement, different model from the one that broke and about £70 cheaper. Not happy at all. Would not recommend if you can avoid them.

A black hole that has absorbed a Nikon camera lens for repair and my working Nikon camera to test it with! I have never in my life heard of that!
This black hole also absorbs all communications and will not allow me to register to chase progress. Been without the camera for two weeks with nothing heard. It feels like a scam. Not the best customer service I have ever had.

Avoid. The only repair provider my insurance was able to offer for my screen replacement. They then returned the phone broken 2 times after the “repair” and subsequently charged my insurer 1.8x what Apple would have charged for the same service.

My iPhone X suffered some water damage so my insurers arranged collection and for it to be sent to this company for repair, the insurers then decided I wasn't covered for accidental damage so arranged for the phone to be sent back to me, this is how I received it (see picture) from BeValued. After contacting them they said don't worry we always take pictures of items as they arrive so we can verify the condition it came to us in, I breathed a sigh of relief however a few hours later conveniently they rang me to say they can't find the pictures and have told me the phone must have arrived like that, I know for a fact it didn't and have a witness who saw the phone just before the courier collected it in an armored bespoke case. So basically no repair was carried out and they returned the phone to me with more damage than I sent it in with, worst of all they are completely denying it. Avoid this company and do not trust them with anything valuable. Awful customer service an clearly liars too.

Brilliant customer support, had my laptop repaired in a day. Told them the urgency of the repair and once the part was in from apple they got on it right away and I was picking it up next day. Big shout out to TOBY! Handle my laptop with care at all times and also was good at communicating the issues and resolutions they have done.

Very impressed with the service. Appointment available to suit my schedule - parking at the site. I arrived slightly early for my appointment was seen immediately. Toby was helpful, polite and professional - the fix was fixed quickly and advise given.
Can ask for a better service - I will be back for all Apple care

Been referred to Be Valued by my insurance company to get replacements for stolen items.
Their online claim portal is horrific. Repeatedly crashed while I was trying to enter details of the items, info I entered disappeared, wouldn't let me upload PDF invoices as proof of purchase only photos. Want to know full details of the incident but only give you 1000 words to describe it. Have never seen so many JavaScript errors in the console outside of development systems.
To top it all kept getting a popup asking me to pay them the excess of my claim on a site that can't correctly save a serial number.
