Unresponsive. I decided to cancel my policy because of this, and couldn't even get hold of anyone to do that!! You use the chat function and they tell you to call. You call and they tell you to email. You email and you NEVER get a response. My 4th email told them that I'd cancelled my direct debit instead, since their response time isn't even poor - it's non existent. It might be cheap but you get what you pay for. If I can't trust them to give me an answer to my query after 6 communication attempts, then I really can't trust that they'll handle any possible claim efficiently! Bubye.

Thanks for discriminating against me and not giving me a policy because I have asthma which has kept me out of hospital for over 10 years. I’ve not taken a day off work because of my asthma and I haven’t smoked in years and you won’t give me a quote? you’re pathetic, you’re discriminating against me

Awful. After placing a claim for breast cancer, this company pulled us through the mill and wiggled it’s way out of paying us for our claim, leaving us with no money whilst being treated for cancer. Horrendous experience, they washed their hands of us and we submitted a formal complaint. Be aware, this company appear ‘friendly’ but they do not live up to their promises and the purpose of their ‘business’ which is to ensure you for critical illness.

DO NOT USE, they will cancel your whole policy after 1 miseed PAYMENT causing you to loose out on all the payments you've previously made. I was with them for over a year and lost out on all that money because of one missed payment. A joke

Good cover at a good price, however be careful what links you take to the orgs website as taking different ones through differing 3rd parties can cost you more than going direct.
