I had an appointment with Gemma yesterday for a very painful, possibly impinged shoulder, and prior to the appointment I had tried many different things to try and alleviate the pain and fix the injury; I had began to lose hope, but Gemma took the time to listen to my struggles and assess the shoulder, and I was amazed at the progress made in the session I had with her. I’m not totally fixed, but I feel much, much better, and will 100% be going back to resume treatment on my shoulder and other areas too. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and overall a lovely, friendly and helpful person, and I would highly recommend her.

Gemma is an excellent professional. I practice martial arts and the regular therapy, which he presents in combination with great expertise, helps a lot. I don't even know where to start. Gemma is an actual miracle worker! I have MS and have managed to control my symptoms for most of the 16 years that I have been living with the condition. However, I have recently experienced some significant stress and my body was not happy. I had severe neuropathic pain in my right hip, groin and all down my leg. The hypersensitivity in my feet and lower legs was unbearable and was affecting my sleep and mobility.

I had one session with Gemma (and I will be going back for top ups) I had massage, and she used the Emmett Technique. Immediately I had normal feeling in my feet - which was amazing. The next day I woke up with less pain... and then the next day I was (and have remained) completely pain free!

Anyone who has experienced neuropathic pain will know that no pain killer touches it, because it's nerve pain. The only painkillers that would go any way to helping would completely knock me out. Which is not sustainable at all. What Gemma did was absolutely amazing. She is so kind, she really put me at ease. I cannot thank her enough.
