When we first looked into getting a house we weren’t sure what mortgage we would be able to get. After one conversation with Alex he reassured us that we would have no issues and he would deal with it all for us.
We gave him the challenge of phoning him last minute to tell him that we wanted to put a bid in for a house, he had all of our paperwork sorted within a few hours which meant our offer went through with no questions.
Throughout the whole process he made sure we got the best mortgage offer and continuously kept us informed about the ever changing rates.
He guided and educated us through every step of the way and he did all the work behind the scenes to make the move happen - it wouldn’t have been possible without him.
Alex genuinely went above and beyond for us and we can’t thank him and Bede enough for everything.

Fantastic help through all the process from start to finish on our first house. We had a huge lack of understanding on the step by step of buying which Alex helped fill and made everything run smoothly. As a first time buyer, the prosepct of arranging a mortgage seemed a daunting task to say the least.
