Tim has been a invaluable asset in setting up my company website, domain names, email addresses, web hosting and guiding me through the process from end to end, he's always responsive to my requirements for updating the pages, legal stuff (GDPR & cookies notice etc.) and he's also a wizard at fixing computer glitches. Never got a reply from them. It was probably too small a job for them to bother with. Even though I explained my husband had recently had a stroke and was having trouble doing the small job. Fortunately he has now recovered enough to do it.
