Bigmore Associates came to the rescue for us. We were having troubles porting our existing mortgage and time was against us for securing our new property. We contacted Bigmore and we had Chris assisting us. He was fantastic in ensuring everything was fast moving, very thorough and knowledgable - within a matter of weeks our new mortgage was secured and we exchanged/completed. They nailed it! I would strongly recommend using their services.
