I had exactly the same situation as the other clients review in this site. Billing Finance made me a finance for double the price of the car, a BMW Series 1, and it was delivered to me with an engine that broke down in a year even though I only use the car to go to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I made my complaint and they just rejected it, sending me to an Ombudsman , leaving me with a debt of £12,000 for a car that only lasted a year. BE VERY CAREFUL! Don't do it and don't take this option please, you can see the reviews and see how true what I say is or get in touch with me but don't fall for this and put your mental health and money at risk.

Do not share your credit information with Equifax and refuse to do so. Having dealt with them through with my car finance for 3 years, they are very blunt and unhelpful as a whole for anything - would not reccomend.

Tried contacting as having difficulties with credit scores provided by Equifax explained this to Billing finance and just received blunt response "we will only be reporting to transunion and experian".

Wouldnt even give 1 star tbh ! Was accepted chose a car paid a deposit signed agreement and that was the end of that i was chasing and chasing only them to be told it was not going ahead as they couldn’t offer me finance make it make sense it’s rediculous so ive been waiting around 2 weeks for nothing thinking im getting the vechile i paid deposit on to only of been wasting my time and my money absolute foolishness never call back when they say irl give you a call back it’s just a joke go elsewhere for finance as this is not the place not only to mention there commission fees are through the roof !!!!!!!

I had already signed contract to our 8 seater family car merc vito.. firstival send contract to sign after for 2 days waiting time dont call as about the application declined.. no if I don’t call than i never know about the application decline.. family was ready for holiday but this company completely ruined… 0 stars… i delete this review after make a justice about my application if not i leave here.. i ask fully review my application..

Financed a car using this company, dealership sold us a lemon. Had a garage mock mot the car we just bought and turns out the the mot they gave us with the car did not reflect the true condition or safety of the car. Our Mot showed that the car had 1 dangerous defect and 4 repair immediately. The MOT we were given form 60 days before showed that the car was perfect. We have had the car 32 days as of the breakdown of it. Billing finance refused to cancel, as is their right but now we need to used the dealership to have the car repaired. They dealership are not happy about this so are dragging their heels on picking the car up. I have asked the finance company to call them to expedite this and they refused to. The 2.6 star rating this company has is not a true reflection of how they operate. I wouldn't even provid one star. They were delighted to take our money but they have been zero help since. Buck being Passed back and forward between them and the dealer. They claim to be family oriented but from a customer opinion I can only say that they are greedy, avaricious and self interested. Spent 20 mins on hold to then get an answering machine. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

As you can see below Billing Finance have commented to say they would investigate and get back to me, this is nonsense as I have heard nothing from them since and have had no resolution to my issue. They have replied to this review with a generic " we will look into this and investigate." ABSOLUTE LIES!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FINANCE ANTHING.

Used billing finance to purchase a car. Car was great (in the beginning) and then one day, within 6 months no warning, boom. Engine seized. Car had been running absolutely fine with no warning lights etc. Contacted the finance company who told us to go through the warranty company we were paying so we did. Sent out their own assessor and agreed not through any wrong doing on our part but they refused to pay out and fix the car. Went back to the finance company and they arranged a new car under the same policy (like for like) was far from like for like!! Older car, not the same spec, had issues from day one. Was in the garage more than we actually had it, issue still not fixed. All reported to the finance company who agreed to terminate the agreement due to falling short of expectations and unable to provide a reliable vehicle. Now chasing us for over £6000 on the original car where the engine seized because they couldn’t make their money back on it?! But the policy was changed to a second car so how can they chase for a vehicle that was no longer being paid for under that policy Can’t speak to anyone who has a clue what they’re talking about just keep demanding ‘how will you pay?’
