Absolutely fantastic company. Scott was highly skilled and very sensitive to my wife and I when we found ourselves in a difficult situation with her pension. Throughout what has been a very long process of seeking pension compensation from both my IFA and SIPP provider via the FOS Scott has shown great persistance, tenacity and patience in pursuing the various parties involved. Without his expertise and knowledge of this process along with that of other cases I do not believe we would have had a successful resolution to both claims. At all times he has kept me fully up to date with progress and next steps in the process despite the institutions involved being very slow to deal with the matters arising. I cannot thank him enough for all his efforts and hard work in getting justice along with the compensation I felt I was due.
