I too watched a video on YouTube by Auditing Lancashire and the language and confrontational attitude by the employee is disgusting. I’m going to visit this place myself and ask to speak to someone in charge. That guy with the South African accent his language was disgusting but the old guy with glasses language and threats is even more worrying.
