In all my years as a leaseholder, I have never experienced such a consistent pattern of mismanagement, underhandedness, lack of accountability, and disregard for fundamental property management responsibilities.

Communication is virtually non existent. Emails routinely go unanswered, phone calls are rarely returned, and on the rare occasion a response is received, it is typically a generic, copy and pasted message that offers no meaningful resolution.
The service charges are exceptionally high, yet it is difficult to identify what they are funding as there is very little evidence of work being carried out.

Accountability is also absent. Whenever an issue arises and issues are frequent, responsibility is consistently deflected. Explanations range from blaming external contractors or insurers to citing system transitions or prior management, but never acknowledging their own role in the failures.

In summary, this block management company delivers a combination of neglect, poor service, and excessive costs. Numerous negative reviews from other residents echo the same concerns, painting a clear and consistent picture of systemic mismanagement.

This company attempted to manage a redeveloped site in Norwich where I live for about a year. At an initial meeting their MD (David) met with residents and promised an effective, efficient and transparent management service. After a year they had done nothing other than attempt to act as debt collectors for a chaotic and dishonest landlord. They were unable to organise anything e.g. cleaning of communal areas and seemed unaware and totally disinterested in anything other than their fee. My recommendation would be to steer clear.
