I reviewed this company with 5 stars after they completed a large installation at our home, as the first part of a total renovation project. As we have worked through the rooms it is patently clear that we were unaware of some of the poor workmanship, split and damage to floorboards, which was concealed under replaced carpet and only discovered as our renovation progressed. This necessitated additional work by ourselves to resolve. A massive disappointment for an expensive job. David and his then partner called at our house when delivering the bill. We did start to have them for an annual service, but the attitude of the person who I contacted for servicing ,was so abrasive and rude that servicing with Blue flame stopped. Andrew the senior engineer, would remember us well.

Did a very good job on installing a new boiler and new toilet at our holiday cottage in the Lake District. Occasionally did not respond to an email asking for further details but apart from that I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Recommended.

In the last nine months we have had a new gas boiler, new pipework and new shower fitted. From the initial contact with Blue Flame through to completion it has been stress free. David, the owner, explained what was required and discussed the options available. Furthermore he visited while the work was being carried out and has always been available to answer any questions. The engineers, led by Lee, were a credit to the company. They were efficient and left everywhere clean and tidy. At the end of the work David again visited - with flowers in hand - to ensure satisfaction.
Blue Flame deserve the review ratings they have and I would recommend them without hesitation. One final thank you to Patrick in the office who always helps when he can and follows up when necessary - a rare thing these days!

Great company had the boiler fitted which is working great then the shower was leeking and they came out straight away when we needed them too and they have just come again to put a new shower in. And while he was here I asked if he could check the fire which he has done and done it great. They are clean and reliable. Will definitely be using them again ☺️
