From the very beginning Sue has been absolutely indispensible in supporting us through buying our home and has gone above and beyond in so many ways that we will probably struggle to list them all here!

Whether it was being available at odd hours to talk through issues with us after work; being a go-between with solicitors, insurance companies etc. to minimize anxiety and stress - my partner and I are both autistic in addition to having other developmental issues and struggle greatly with any form of change, as well as having difficulties communicating with strangers and filling in paperwork properly - both just ~slightly~ challenging when buying a house(!!); or just being patient with us when we needed things re-explaining or some time to process information - we were never made to feel at fault or embarassed for needing reassurance. There were many obstacles along the way but we always felt supported and knew that there was a person in our corner who genuinely had our best interests at heart and was looking out for us - which was a godsend as we are both easy to take advantage of, and navigating financial decisions can sometimes feel like swimming in a particularly avaricious shark tank.

This was the best customer service we have had, from anywhere, bar none.

It is in no way exaggerating to say that we couldn't have made it through the process without your help, and it is still sinking in for us that we are finally working towards owning a home.
