Ordered a taxi for yesterday to the hospital. Booking was really easy and the ride was confirmed within minutes. The driver Paul was really lovely and couldn’t have been nicer. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and happy. I will definitely be booking Bonds taxis agsin

Bond cars dropped us off at Trowell services for our cruise nd collected us on return Andrea was very nice on phone the drivers on both journeys were on time friendly and polite highly recommend this company will definitely use again thank you

Do not use, failed to pick my 91 year old dad up. Due to this he missed is train and subsequent connections prolonging is journey. When I rang to find out if they I had picked him up they said no we should have reminded them. I appreciate you have issues at the moment but that dosent help my dad get is train on time. Surely everyone dosent have to ring and remind you, this was not mentioned when the fare was booked. Yes you did eventually pick him up and not charge him for the fare but that's not the point.I would have gladly paid you more if you could gave picked him up on time. We will not be using you again.

First time using Bonds in March 2024 for a return journey to Heathrow. They offered the best price locally and had good reviews so gave them a try. So glad we did! We had driver Helen both times. On time for both the pick up and return with great communication throughout. Will be using Bonds for all airport runs where possible from now on.

Have used Bonds x3 times recently and each and every time they’ve been brilliant, Jakes gone above and beyond to make the trip as smooth as possible and has always arrived on time. Very friendly and wouldn’t use anyone else now. Prices are really reasonable too.

We used Bond Cars for a return trip to Birmingham Airport with a pick-up at 2-30 AM and although delayed on our return the taxi was waiting.
Could not fault the service and Jake the driver was polite and very friendly.
We would definitely recommend this company if you want a peace of mind and cost effective service.

Would highly recommend particularly for airport runs. Pick up is always reliable and on time. If incoming flight is delayed they will never let you down.
