I would not recommend Bondstones for planning applications of any kind. I was assured my application for a dressage arena would take about 6 weeks for a decision and that they had never had a failed application. Nearly 9 months later and a total lack of communication, I was advised by the Council that if I did not withdraw the application would be rejected.

During this lengthy process that caused me unnecessary stress, Bondstones were negligent in omitting vital information and inaccurate plans to the Council showing the arena being built over our neighbour's land including a right of way. The Council even wrote to Bondstones spelling out the action they needed to take for a successful decision and the Managing Director assured me that he would deal with this within a week. I have never heard from him since.

Could not recommend Bondstones enough!

Ian & Sarah helped us navigate the complex world of planning permission to open a secure dog walking facility just outside Norton Fitzwarren.

I cannot recommend Ian Firth and the team at Bondstones highly enough. They have worked tirelessly to achieve a positive decision on my planning application to build a luxury holiday site over the last 18 months. Repeatedly overpromised and underdelivered. Would appear to take on way too much work for their capacity. Massive delays in communication. Constantly having to chase. Basic garage design project took 9 months of aggravation.
