Bournes have moved us from Hertfordshire to Devon and their Aylesbury team were excellent. Having utilised the best part of 20,000 cubic feet of vans our 44 years accumulated household items were moved with great care. With only the smallest problem (a key) Bournes have shown terrific care both before and after the move. I can not stress the importance of the late key insurance cover is as being at the top of a chain the lowest end complete first and the top can drift alarmingly by many hours. Thank you Bournes and thank you Aylesbury team specifically.

Right from booking Bournes Aylesbury were brilliant, special mention to Julia in the office, who couldn’t have been more understanding, a pleasure to deal with and Scott and his team of Jamie, Jack and Chris who moved us over 3 days and worked so hard and efficiently, with everything arriving safely. Would definitely recommend to anyone and if we were to move again, which were not, we would have no hesitation in using them again.

The team handled my move so brilliantly.
Absolutely no complaints. They made everything so easy for me and my husband on the day.

Recently downsized and the guys at Bournes were amazing. They packed most of the boxes the day before with great efficiency. They then did the rest of the house the next morning. Once we got our keys to our new home they unloaded and placed everything in the relevant rooms. We didn’t have one breakage or any damages. The lads were polite and friendly and so helpful so that made our move seamless. Would highly recommend Bournes and would definitely use them in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Bournes removals. The service was excellent. I was doing a long distance move of 240 miles, Bournes picked my furniture up, they stored it for me for a couple of months and then delivered it to my new address when I was ready. Julia is very efficient and helpful, she organises things and was very helpful answering my queries. The person coming to cost the move and the teams who moved my belongings were all respectful, approachable, professional and hard working. I felt they took care of my furniture and were very mindful of not causing any damage to walls/furniture etc. I highly recommend Bournes.

From start to finish there was great communication from their office and we felt fully supported throughout our 3 day move from Buckinghamshire to Cumbria
The team that moved us were professional, friendly and helpful and made the stresses of a long distance move slightly more bearable
I would have given 5 stars but my only criticism is that although there were 3 persons to help load the lorry only 2 were sent up to unload. I have a bad back, but inevitably I ended up helping with the unload which still took nearly 8hrs, but would have been longer if I hadnt have given them my free labour. It did leave myself wondering why did I pay £4110 to end up lugging boxes and furniture myself for hours!
Could not fault the 2 that did help us move though, 5 stars for them 4 for the company
