Poor customer service, been chasing all day to get a call from them!!! When they do finally call you they charge you for the changes and promise documentation to be emailed within 15 minutes. Still no documents and now they don’t even bother to call you back! Keep clear and use another company!!!

"Absolutely horrendous experience with this so-called 'insurance company.' BOXGUARD They are nothing but a scam, designed to take your money and leave you stranded when you need help the most. I’ve paid premiums for 3 months in advanced but they are asking more £106 extra hidden fake costs, . Customer service is a joke—rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in solving any issues. They make you jump through endless hoops, dragging out the process until you give up. It's clear they’re only interested in collecting your money and doing everything in their power to avoid paying out. Save yourself the stress and find a company that actually cares about its customers!"

I paid for insurance. I didn't received any documents or invoices money gone from my account. I trying call them but no one answering. Service 24h what a waste a money. It is easy to take money from people but do this job properly - boxguard doesn't care. Yeaahh pay me more money.

Be careful this company does not refund for cancelled policies.

Exactly the same as the previous person. They submitted incorrect direct debit details to close brothers resulting in my account being cancelled and me having to pay the full amount plus not actually providing the cover. Will be taking this further but without a screen shot of me entering details it's going to be hard to prove

Set up a policy with these who also run under the name fastqoute , they submitted incorrect direct debit details on to close brothers , this then resulted in a default and late payment charge
